| For those of you who have never been to Michigan during the late Spring and early Summer, it is a beautiful place. Here are some pictures that I took in the Arboretum on May 7th.
Little red spider action shot.
We weren't the only ones enjoying the beautiful day.

| I was in Colorado last week at Vail and Copper Mountain, and I got a chance to take some pictures on days off. The first day, we climbed a small mountain near where we were staying, which had a beautiful view of Vail valley for the ten minutes it wasn't snowing. Here are some pictures from the climb: Colorful Moss
A Rock Ledge
More Moss on Rocks
Overlooking Vail Valley from the Mountain in West Vail A Tree with Vail in the background
Two Guys at the Top
The rest of the pictures were taken near the base of Copper Mountain a few days later when it was a lot sunnier: Copper Mountain Ski Resort - Panoramic View
Mountains to the East of Copper
A Snow-Capped Mountain
Alpine Coffee

| I finally got a chance to go outside and take some pictures with my new camera and macro lens today. Macro lenses are pretty awesome. Here are two shots: Water dripping from the bottom of an icicle.
A close-up of a red branch in the sunlight. (Looks even better at its original size!)

| As anyone else who lives in Michigan may already know, we had a massive ice storm a few days ago. Even though it's cold and bad for driving, having everything covered in ice makes it look absolutely amazing. The first two pictures here I took today. (With my old camera, I also got a new digital SLR for christmas, and one of the lenses arrived today, so pictures I take in the future may look significantly better, thanks Jen.) (A black and white version is also available in the photos section, let me know which one you like more)
And these pictures of everything frozen were taken two years ago:
Finally, this is another winter picture that was taken last year:
If nothing else, at least winter makes for some good pictures. More to come as soon as I figure out how to use my new camera.
| Here are some pictures of a woman named Jennifer
Lying in bed on a sunny morning

Window shopping in france - This picture will actually be published in a newsletter put out by the French Embassy in an article about shopping
Out for a walk on a sunny summer day at Kensington park in Michigan
A reflection at night overlooking Palmer field in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my cousin's wedding in the foreground I hope you like the photographs. As always, your comments are appreciated.
